Handcrafted or handloom products may have minor variations in weave, print, colour, finish or measurement; such variations are part of their character and are not necessarily defects.
3. Pricing and taxes
Prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other fees will be displayed at checkout where relevant. We may revise prices at any time, but changes will not normally affect an order already accepted by us.
4. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not by itself guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch because of stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions or other reasonable grounds. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

Dispatch and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, demand or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Responsibility for providing a complete and accurate delivery address rests with the customer.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by the policy displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Products must satisfy the stated eligibility conditions, including any timelines, unused condition, tags, packaging and proof-of-purchase requirements.
8. Incorrect, damaged or missing products
Please contact us promptly after delivery if an item is incorrect, damaged or missing. We may request photographs, an unpacking video, packaging images or other information reasonably required to verify the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
9. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, validity periods, exclusions and usage limits. Unless specifically stated, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to completed purchases.
